Reviews and Ratings
Staying in the Royal Suite at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although comfortable with a nice view of the city, were not serviced properly during our stay, leaving us without clean towels and unmade beds one evening. However, the staff were very friendly and service minded, making our interactions pleasant overall.
My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The rooms had all the usual amenities you could expect from a 5-star hotel, although they were smaller than they appeared in the pictures and the wardrobe was very small. The room itself was splendid, with a fantastic shower and a very comfortable bed.
I had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic for both work and relaxation, and I enjoyed the spacious layout. The service was excellent, making my stay comfortable. The location was ideal for my business needs, although some small inconveniences were present. The dining options were good overall, with a wide selection available. The facilities provided added convenience to my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with great decor, but some drawbacks like extreme sloping roof and no safe. The service was nice and friendly, although not up to typical 5-star standards. The location was in a lovely, quiet part of town but a bit far from city activities. The dining experience was very good overall. The facilities were satisfactory but could have been better.
Upon arrival, the hotel's room was a bit too small for us, but it was well equipped with the normal tea/coffee making facility. The overpriced mini-bar was a downside given the nightly rate of accommodation. The service was extremely helpful on every matter, and the staff members spoke decent English and German. The location was lovely, offering a quiet retreat from the city center's tourists, although certain areas could use modernizing. The dining experience was amazing for omnivores, but a bit pricey. Overall, a mixed experience with notable pros and cons.
The hotel has good-sized, well-presented, and very clean rooms, which made our stay very happy, despite the need for a makeover due to peeling wallpaper and old carpeting. The service was excellent, with the staff accommodating our luggage storage needs and showing us to our room with great care. The location, although a bit difficult to find with GPS, offers lovely views over Prague's red rooftops and is close to efficient tram travel. The dining experience, while mainly for meat eaters and above average, had some waiting issues to be seated.
